Shelton Mercer is an award-winning executive, entrepreneur and philanthropist. Shelton has directed global projects for Fortune 100 corporations, run and advised national non-profits and traveled the world on humanitarian missions.
Prior to TwitChange, Shelton built a digital and social media business in Hollywood that helped produce chart toppers for dozens of entertainment brands, including Disney, NBC-Universal, ABC and Warner Bros.
Shelton’s passion for people and the planet has driven him to raise millions of dollars for crisis relief and global issues and inspire and enable thousands worldwide to join in. Shelton regularly visits developing nations has been honored with numerous awards, including ‘Hero and Humanitarian Award,’ ‘Visionary of the Year’ and ‘Champion for Haiti’.
Melody Harstine, Editor
Melody received her B.A. in Print Journalism and M.A. in Communications from Wichita State University before moving to Dallas where she works as a freelance writer and Internet content marketer. Melody has collaborated with clients on writing projects of all shapes and sizes–from press releases and blogs to website copy and books. A communicator at heart, Melody’s real passion is covering issues that promote positive change in our world. She is active in her community, and involved with a local non-profit, Mercy Street, where she mentors a young girl in West Dallas.
A native of Wichita, Kansas, Melody now lives east of Dallas with her husband, son, three dogs, and cat.
